Who this covers

This notice covers this website and the form on it. Sitepolished is a web design service based in Orange County, California. It is written for California residents and applies to everyone who uses the site.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your business name, type and city, your current website if you give it, what you need, your hours and notes, your name, phone number, email address, and your preferred language.
• Photos you attach to the form.
• Technical details when you submit the form: your connection's IP address, your browser and device information (the "user agent" string), the address of the page that sent you to the form, and the time of submission. We use these only to stop spam and abuse.
• The site may use Cloudflare's cookie-free page-view counts, which do not identify you. We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a proposal for your website, and, if you go ahead, to build it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and stores form submissions and photos on our behalf.
• Google serves the typeface used on this site; when the page loads, your browser requests the font from Google's servers, which see your IP address.
• Resend, our email delivery provider, sends us the notification that a form was submitted; that notification contains what you typed, so Resend handles it on our behalf.

These providers process your details for us and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and photos are kept while we are working together, and we review and delete submissions we are no longer working on at least every 12 months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us at any time. Reply to any message we have sent you, or use the form on the home page and say what you'd like done. We answer within 10 business days.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" signal to switch off. We honor it anyway.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date.
